Spiderman Vs Megatron - colour

Based on the cover of Transformers G1 #3 originally drawn by Mike Zeck.

I decided to give Spidey his Ultimate Spiderman costume instead of the the black symbiote costume he wears in the comic. For Megs I went for a bit more like his toy version.

Background is just part of photo of Times Square that I found on google image search and modified with some Photoshop effects.
